Refunds

We only provide refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged

due to shipping or has a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our

[Contact Us] page.

To process your refund request, please provide:

 Your order number

 description of the issue

 Clear images of the defective or damaged item

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, your refund will

be processed back to your original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse.

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons other than receiving a defective or damaged item.

Please ensure you review all product details before making a purchase.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Orders are shipped to

the address exactly as entered. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we

cannot offer a refund.

If a carrier marks your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact

the carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist in locating your order.

Orders Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipment. Therefore, we cannot

modify or cancel orders after checkout. All sales are final
